Dustin Kerr | Co-Founder & Director of Operations, CADC II
He has completed the core requirements for CADC II certification in California, including 6,000 supervised hours in AOD counseling, 315 hours of AOD-specific education, and a 255-hour practicum.
A Texas native and Southern California resident of 15 years, Dustin brings discipline, vision, and heart to his work. He is passionate about helping individuals thrive in recovery and enjoys the outdoors, golf, and travel.

Glynis Franz | Co-Founder & Director of Marketing and Business Development
She later led business development for a multi-site organization with 100+ clients across seven facilities, where she built and managed SEO and ad campaigns while leading a high-performing outreach team.
Deeply connected to the recovery community, Glynis brings empathy, authenticity, and innovation to her work. Outside of Peak Path, she is an avid marathon runner, live music enthusiast, and proud Boston native now enjoying the California sun.

David DuVivier | Co-Founder & Director of Alumni and Family Services, CADC
David has completed 315 hours of AOD coursework, a 255-hour practicum, and is preparing for CADC I certification.
Raised in San Diego and based in Los Angeles for the past 20 years, David is dedicated to helping individuals and families in need of behavioral health care. He enjoys basketball, traveling, and spending time with his family.

Dr. Eric Chaghouri | Medical Director
Today, Dr. Chaghouri runs a thriving private practice in West Hollywood and Century City, specializing in co-occurring psychiatric and addictive disorders. He also consults with attorneys, courts, and major television networks, while leading and supervising a team of clinicians.
His professional interests include addiction medicine, forensic psychiatry, medical ethics, psychological autopsy, gender wellness, and evidence-based psychiatric treatment.

Steve Dixon | Clinical Director, LMFT
Steve has served in multiple treatment settings as both a Primary Therapist and Clinical Director, bringing deep clinical experience and steady leadership to every program he supports. His clinical approach integrates CBT, DBT, trauma-informed care, and psychodynamic modalities, allowing him to meet clients with both structure and compassion.
After leaving the military, Steve witnessed many of his fellow service members struggle with PTSD and substance use disorders. These experiences shaped his commitment to understanding trauma at its roots and providing care that is both clinically effective and deeply human.
Steve is passionate about ensuring that every service delivered is ethical, thoughtful, and truly beneficial to those seeking care. He is proud to work alongside Peak Path Health’s multidisciplinary team, united by a shared mission to help individuals reclaim stability, purpose, and hope.
